Royal Commission Al-Ula Project

AlUla is a governorate of the Medina Region and a city in north-western Saudi Arabia. Historically located on the incense route, the city lies within the Governorate of ‘Ula one of seven in the Medina Region, covering an area of 29,261 square kilometers. The city is 110 km southwest of Tayma and 300 km north of Medina.

The development of AlUla as a tourist destination requires substantial investment, and RCU’s mandate is to be the sole authority for that development.

In view of water resource assessment for Resort-1 and 3, this project is designed to evaluate the ground water condition and water wells productivity to meet the water supply requirement. The project comprises of two sites i.e Sharaan Resort by Jean Nouvel ,Resort-1 and Khammash, Resort-3.
